We send you a questionnaire to gather information about your property. If necessary, we’ll call you to get precise details for the best possible presentation. If you do not have a description yet, we can talk things through with you. You then send us your pictures by mail.
√ Editing & production
We edit your text and – together with your pictures - make a high quality online presentation on this site. Example here. Your property will also be published on our very well referenced sales site Property-France (formerly Zorro Immo).
√ Three languages
Your presentation is translated into French and Dutch and German to reach the most important target groups for houses in France. If other translations are necessary, this is possible.

√ Google Adwords campaign (E, NL, FR)
We will make special unique advertisements for your property, which will be shown besides the Google results or on pages with relevant content. These advertisements are ‘pay per click’ leading directly to your private web presentation page. The campaign can run for a certain period (for instance one month) and will be based on a maximum budget per day.
Price for your campaign
Your complete individual marketing and communication campaign will cost you 1% of the asking price of your house. However, you pay us only after your house is sold and only if the buyer found you because of our activities.No Cure No Pay. So if an ‘agent immobilier’ manages to sell your house, or if you sell to a neighbour or passer-by, you don’t have to pay our fee. In that case, you only pay the actual costs of your campaign, like the fee for some websites and the paid clicks generated through Google. These investments will be deducted from your final invoice. So in the end, you really pay only 1% for finding your buyer – all our time, expertise, advice and external media costs included.
